Changing Plans

Upgrade

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Click "Change plan"
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Confirm payment

Immediate effect: New limits apply instantly.

Pro-rated billing: You only pay the difference for the remainder of the month.

Downgrade

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Click "Change plan"
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. Confirm

Delayed effect: The downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Warning: Verify that your current usage is compatible with the new plan before downgrading.

Payment Methods

Accepted Cards

  • Visa

Add a Card

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing > Payment methods
  2. Click "Add a card"
  3. Enter the card information
  4. The card is verified with a $1 charge (refunded)

Change Default Card

If you have multiple cards:

  1. Go to Payment methods
  2. Click "Set as default" on the desired card

Remove a Card

You must keep at least one card if you have an active paid subscription.

Invoices

View Invoices

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing > Invoices
  2. View invoice history
  3. Download in PDF format

Usage-based Billing (Enterprise)

For Enterprise customers, billing based on actual usage:

Calculation

Monthly invoice = Base + (Requests x Unit price)

Example:

  • Base: $500/month
  • Unit price: $0.0001/request
  • Usage: 5,000,000 requests
  • Total: $500 + $500 = $1,000

Commitment

Enterprise plans typically include:

  • Annual commitment
  • Guaranteed minimum volume
  • Volume discounts

Credits and Promotions

Apply a Promo Code

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Click "Apply a code"
  3. Enter the promotional code
  4. The credit is applied immediately

Cancellation

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Click "Cancel subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

Consequences:

  • Access maintained until the end of the paid period
  • Automatic transition to Free plan
  • Data retained for 30 days after expiration

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

When am I billed?

Billing is monthly, on the same day as your initial signup.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, annual payment offers 2 months free (10 months for the price of 12).

What happens if my payment fails?

  1. First failed attempt: email notification
  2. Retry after 3 days
  3. After 3 failures: account suspension
  4. After 30 days: transition to Free plan

How do I get a refund?

Contact support within 14 days of billing for a full refund.
